Beware of eating too many eggs. It's possible to become intolerant of them, and then they won't be nourishing anymore.
Eggs are inferior to meat, anyways. Just eat meat. There is more nutrition in a piece of beef muscle than there is in eggs. Eggs may be delicious, but the proteins are not as filling. Don't overcook yolks. Cook whites. In this respect, eggs are similar to cheese. Both taste good, but not as nutritious as meat.
