Temperature compensating diodes and a bypass cap on the motor. Look at the first post and the picture a bit, before reading the second post so as to not spoil it for yourself.

Package Code Search

These are common as dirt. But all appear to be proprietary. They really shouldn't be called SMD marking codes, as there are plenty of other components that need to be looked up.

• http://markingcodes.com/search/c/AAA - Same as previous for adding code. Shows a bit more results, but requires JS to change pages.
• Where is the public wiki search? Too much greed, too many people trying to monetize something which should just be a database.
